We eliminated five 15-minute meetings per week — reclaiming over an hour per person weekly. The async format actually produced better information because people had time to think about their responses rather than improvising in real time.
Blocker resolution time dropped from an average of 1.5 days to 4 hours because the AI immediately tagged the right people.
